Listen To KITA's Self-Titled Debut Album
Pōneke outfit KITA's star has risen at breakneck speed since releasing their debut EP Try To Find A Way less than a year ago, and their self-titled first full length album is out now to welcome ears. KITA the album begins with goosebump-inducing, autotune-kissed track 'Home Fires', songwriter Nikita 雅涵 Tu-Bryant making it known that KITA are dead serious about creating high-quality electronica meets neo-soul music. On the journey with Tu-Bryant are close friends and bandmates Ed Zuccollo (The Black Seeds, Trinity Roots, Troy Kingi, Hollie Smith) and Rick Cranson (Little Bushman), who worked together on the debut KITA collection with Grammy Award-winning producer Tommaso Colliva, whose credits include Muse, Razorlight, Phoenix and more.
KITA are taking their live show on tour, beginning Friday in Tauranga before treating the rest of Aotearoa to their sparkling sound throughout June. The tour info is detailed below, but first press play on their new album — it'll help counteract the country-wide rainy day blues...
