Devilskin shared the winner's podium at this year's Aotearoa Music Awards with Marlon Williams — both accepting the first-ever Aotearoa Charts #1 award (also won by Lorde) — and are following the phenomenally successful release of their 2025 album RE-EVOLUTION with a new sonic mission. The Aotearoa hard rock champions have announced a full-scale nationwide tour, saluting the enduring legacy of their chart-topping 2016 sophomore album Be Like The River with an eight date run of 10th anniversary events, commencing this July at Christchurch Town Hall and culminating at Amped Up festival in the capital.

With roots deep in Kirikiriroa Hamilton's heavy music community, the four-piece of Jennie Skulander, Tony Vincent and brothers Paul and Nic Martin have scooped up multiple Tūī's since emerging as a riff-powered force in 2010, including Best Rock Album for Be Like The River and the 2025 People's Choice award — when they successfully demanded the establishment of a Metal award. Press release:

This July and August, Aotearoa’s hard rock juggernauts Devilskin will hit the road for six massive shows across the country, performing the entirety of their chart-topping 2016 album Be Like The River in celebration of its 10-year anniversary.

The tour will begin at Christchurch’s Town Hall on Friday 24 July and head to Dunedin’s Union Hall on Saturday 25 July, Tauranga’s Stadium Lounge on Friday 31 July, Hamilton’s BNZ Theatre on Saturday 1 August, Palmerston North’s Fly Palmy Arena on Friday 7 August and finish at Hasting’s Toitoi Opera House on Saturday 8 August. Additionally, the band will also perform at Amped Up Festival at Brewtown on Saturday 24 October.

Released in 2016, Be Like The River debuted at #1 on the Official New Zealand Albums Chart, earned Gold certification, and secured the band the Aotearoa Music Award for Best Rock Artist in 2017. The album cemented Devilskin as one of the country’s most dominant live acts - a reputation they’ve only strengthened over the decade since, notably taking home the People’s Choice Award at the Aotearoa Music Awards just last year.

From their breakout Double Platinum debut We Rise through to their latest #1 album RE-EVOLUTION, the Hamilton quartet have become a defining force in New Zealand rock. Fronted by the voice of Jennie Skulander, alongside bassist Paul Martin, drummer Nic Martin, and guitarist Nail, Devilskin have spent the past 15 years relentlessly touring and carving out an international reputation. They’ve shared stages with artists including Mötley Crüe, Disturbed, Halestorm, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, Airbourne and Coheed and Cambria.
