Riding the crest of critical adoration for their new album Wanda's Bicycle, Bunchy's Big Score already have a bunch of new tunes on the way, as half of the upcoming 2EPs split release with Dolly Possum via DUN Records. Recorded with the legendary Nick Roughan at Southlink Studios, 'Magnet' is the first single revealed from BBS's Good Friends EP.
Aggressively catchy from the get-go, the unpigeonholeable art-rock combo could be Ōtepoti's answer to Weezer on 'Magnet' and hey why not — ducking, diving and ripping out gloriously scuzzy licks like they have their own secret supply. "Go home and eat your heart out / Time dripping blood in an empty room / Alone like the magnet / I’ll pull away... from you".
