Moth, the cafe cat, is in a hospitable mood & he'd like you to come join him. Mark Laurent is heading away to the UK so this is Mark's last Saturday @ 121 for a few weeks & we thought we'd make it a bit of a party. As usual, vibrant acoustic music with contributions from friends & whanau - please come & bring your friends too.
This is number 24 in the present series of Saturdays @ Cafe One2One. In an email a few weeks back Martha Louise wrote; Thank you again Mark for letting me 'play in your sand pit' so to speak on Saturday night. So nice to have your input that adds so much. It is such a nice relaxed convivial feel. It felt much more like a house concert with a more intimate connection with the audience. Just wonderful. I hope it continues to thrive.
During the time Mark's away Saturday night music will continue with a series of concerts by a diverse array of Cafe One2One alumni, so keep on coming whenever you can. As always there's no charge for entry but the koha teapot is in its usual place on the counter & your contributions to the music-makers are greatly appreciated.
