We present a Sunday afternoon of music. Featuring indie rock, noise and sonic artists from Ōtautahi and Ōhinehou. They will be playing in the pleasant chapel at 40 Winchester Street in Lyttelton. Brace yourself for soundscapes, experimentation and other tasty delights. We will be providing some tea, coffee and tiramisu for guests
Les Fuzz Minou are Ōtautahi’s fifth favourite underground noise-rock band, are once again playing (Also we have a new album out 21st of march btw ❤) Catch them play before they go into hibernation.
Omega Disposal Unit, trading as Junkman Ltd; will help you clean up and then burn your rubbish. A team of small dalmatians -see 1996's 101 Dalmatians- will help out and watch as ash fills the sky, staring up and occasionally standing on hind legs and clapping.
Barren Landscape is a new project from William Ayrey (Abandoned Carparks, Adrenochrome Babies) Utilising tape drones and no input technology; he creates spanning soundscapes of desolation.
Horse Funeral (NZ) Juicy Orange and the Liquor King are Horse Funeral. Making guitar noise to dance to. Putting the fun into funeral and the ho into horse.
Acid Wolf are the craziest Indie rock band in town and are currently working on their first EP. They are aching to come out and play! Come and see them live while they’re still fresh and wild! Awoo!!
