Join us as we debut a set of original music inspired by textures of regage and neo-soul as part of this years Wellington Jazz Festival!
Sublimate is a six-piece progressive reggae band, blending influences from jazz and neo-soul to create their unique sound. Featuring Jono Benzur on bass, Sascha Hunt on guitar, Ranu Wijesuriya on drums, Lily Atu on tenor sax and vocals, Jakob Elijas on trombone and Sylvester Green on trumpet, this intimate group of young local musicians will perform an energetic and infectiously groovy set of original songs.
