The Undercurrent presents Uncle Chipper!
Uncle Chipper is comprised of 5 people. They are a modern Jazz quintet. Uncle Chipper’s mission statement is as follows: to honor the likeliness and embodiment of Uncle Chipper through beautiful music and palpable chippage. No one person of Uncle Chipper is Uncle Chipper, for they are merely nephews of Uncle Chipper, which collectively embody the group, Uncle Chipper. They, as nephews, will present the audience with a mix of elegant swing, free jazz, grime, gunk, and most importantly, happiness. These articles will be presented as follows, with Sascha Hunt on guitar, Sylvester Green on trumpet, Max Stopyra on bass, Logan Heppell tickling the ivories, Ranu Wijesuriya on drums, and a few mystery guests. You will not want to miss this.
