So Eyegum Plays the Hits is something weve done a few times. We get some sweet bands together for the night, they all play a themed cover amongst their regular sets.
Previously weve done nights covering The Mint Chicks, Connan Mockasin and Bic Runga. This night is going to be focused on NZs Yoda, ol Dave Dobbyn. This covers but is not limited to Th Dudes, DD Smash and his solo works.
Weve got a pretty eclectic lineup on board to play the hits, local post-punks Destroy All False Metal - DAFM, the everchanging plus entrancing Mr Amish and something special from Auckland a set from Being., anyone who went to the recent Soaked Oats/Ha the Unclear/Being tour stop at Meow, or saw her set at Gathering in the Forest know that this is something to be excited about.
