Davey Beige and the Blackdoor Band are ready to roll.... at The Wine Cellar on Thursday the 29th of November.
Playin’ folk rock with a healthy slice of Kiwiana their performance will highlight songs from the new album “Beginner’s Mind”. The songs off “Beginner’s Mind” are all written by Davey Beige and are a reflection of his commitment to mindfulness and hey just life and the universe maaaaan! Ya know.
The Blackdoor Band features an awesomely talented number of Auckland musicians and are Alan Brown (keyboards), Tony Waine (bass, vocals) and Earl Roberston (drums, vocals).
Energetic alt-rock band Royal Jackets are playin’ support. These guys are influenced by the 1970’s and 1990’s rock eras (alright!!!) and their original tunes are wickedly catchy.
On the night some very special guests will be joinin’ Davey Beige and the Blackdoor Band on stage. Basically, because Davey knows a lot of musicians and it’s his birthday the next day!
Come along and enjoy the fun people.
