On the final Wednesday of each month The Audio Foundation presents a monthly variety show at the Wine Cellar.
Wednesday 25 March @ Wine Cellar, doors 8pm
Koha welcomed
With:
Guillaume Cailleau (fr.)
Following a recent tour of South East Asia alongside German musician, Timo Kreuser, Guillaume Cailleau will present a solo set of power electronics and live visuals. Cailleau’s visual work utilises duration, multiple exposures, colour separation and techniques drawn from expanded cinema. Using a no-input mixing board and home-made pedals from Indonesian musician Sehat Electronics to develop a formidable sonic identity.
Personal Grievance
The solo performance project of Auckland artist and musician, Derya Parlak. Ephemeral and intense – blink and you’ll miss it, so don’t.
The Pyramids Were Built From The Top Down
This trio of cosmic journeymen call upon friends and relatives from The Orion Spur, Perseus Arm, and The Sagittarius Arm to experience their unique space-Jazz first-hand, first-tentacle, or first-claw. In their own words, “Our down to earth team are committed to your new future, and would love to get started on your expanding your galactic outlook.”
