This week in tour news we were pleased to announce that speed metal group Dragonforce are returning to New Zealand in the middle of the year to support the release of their impending studio album Reaching Into Infinity. American hip hop artist J.Cole revealed one date on these shores as part of his epic 57-city world tour. Sydney foursome Caravana Sun announced three shows on this side of the ditch for April. On the local front, Lake South will be making tracks around the country in March to support the release of his debut album. And Clap Clap Riot have lined up a four-show for May tour to celebrate their new record, Dull Life.

In release news, nineties British shoegaze outfit Ride emerged with their first new material in more than two decades with promise of an album on the way. UK grime producer The Bug and American drone-doom act Earth shared the first single from their upcoming collaborative album.  Closer to home, Girls Pissing On Girls Pissing surfaced with new single 'Widdershins' which came accompanied by a video created by bandmembers Alex Knight and Catherine Cumming. In terms of new album streams, sonic explorer Kraus shared his fifteenth full-length album, titled Grip The Moon. Auckland post-hardcore group Human Resource unveiled their self-titled debut record ahead of departing for Melbourne for a few shows this weekend. And Dad Jokes cut loose their party-starting new album Watch Out For The Bullies.
