Aotearoa Gigs For The Weekend
The summer grace period for local gigs is well and truly kaput, now that Red traffic light restrictions are in place throughout Aotearoa. Our current Red era means that seated and safely spaced shows can still happen where My Vaccine Passes are used, with a maximum capacity of 100 physically distanced attendees (plus the specific detail of "no dancing" in hospitality venues). Bouncing back quickly from Sunday's announcement, which prompted the cancellation / postponement of numerous festivals and tours including The Others Way, there are a number of gigs taking place this weekend that have swiftly adapted to the new health and safety criteria. Please head along and help support our live music community during these trying times — secure your spot by grabbing presale tickets (where available) while you can, plus don't forget to bring your vaccine pass and photo ID...
