Marlin's Dreaming Announce Nationwide Tour Of Aotearoa

Biding their time between local tours since launching their breakout 2021 album Hasten, Marlin's Dreaming will be unveiling brand new tunes to the world on their just-announced nationwide tour of Aotearoa, playing in the four main centres this July. Marlin's Dreaming certainly haven't been idle in the meantime, they've shared the stage with such significant musical figures as The Chills and NYC's Parquet Courts, visited Australia in April, and are currently hard at work on album number four — plus frontman Semisi Ma'ia'i contributed his golden vocal tones to Julien Dyne's superb latest album Modes. They'll be road-testing new songs plus finally touring Hasten, which was released during a particularly uncertain time for live shows due to the global pandemic. Aotearoa’s favourite indie-rock / jangle-pop quartet, Marlin’s Dreaming, are finally returning to venues across Aotearoa this July, performing headline shows in Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and a festival performance as part of Auckland’s Fort Lane Live.

It’s been two years since Marlin’s Dreaming last toured Aotearoa, for their sold-out 2020 jaunt celebrating their beloved second album, Quotidian.

Recently the band have been recording for a new album; now excited and ready to road test new songs they have been crafting, along with tracks from their latest release, Hasten (2021), which they haven't had the chance to showcase on the road yet.
