Taking the Afro-funk style of the legendary Fela Kuti and others, this powerhouse band fuses authentic grooves with the 80’s hits that you remember, somehow making them even more danceable in the process.

Along with singer Nuel Nonso Nwachukwu (The New Telepathics), the 11-piece on-stage lineup brings together a good-sized bunch of soul, funk and jazz musicians who’ve collectively played, toured and recorded with Homebrew, Hollie Smith, Katchafire, The Hot Grits, Avantdale Bowling Club, Solaa, Kolab, dDub, and the Ngaruawahia High School Big Band.
