Hoki atu ki tōu maunga kia purea ai e koe ki ngā hau o Tāwhirimātea
~LINE UP CHANGE~
Friday 5 August three groups - Sweater sports dreams and PomPom return once again to The Stomach in DIY Palmerston North.
***Unfortunately COVID 19 has meant Soda Boyz can no longer play.***
***The silver lining is that Sports Dreams are returning home again to Dream Pop up the end of your week.***
Sweater are home again ten years later. A prolific burst of energy in 2012 saw them mince together the excitement of Camp A Low Hum and quick paced all ages scenes elsewhere in Aotearoa, add in some provincial determination and bring some rock songs with nervous energy of early adult life. Now in 2022 they'll be drawing back on songs of that time while testing some new ones that draw on all the water under the bridge in between.
PomPom are still going strong. Sarah, Kirsty and others joining the line up over the last decade have never shied away from pushing further into a strong groove or hectic sound. Is it music or is it art? It is both! Get ready for a unique sonic treat from them on Friday 5 August.
