Coffin Club Drop Single / Video 'FSTFWRD/RWND'
It's been a minute between releases from Coffin Club, but the Tāmaki Makaurau punk trio have finally reemerged with their first new single since 2020's debut EP Nowhere Nowhere. Again recorded and mixed by Martin "Uncle Marty" Phillips (Repairs, Nuggiez), 'FSTFWRD/RWND' is the grunty and maniacal first cut from upcoming EP Remainder, closing with a furious surf-psych freakout and launched with discombobulating beachside visuals, filmed and edited by Victoria Lutece. You can catch the band letting rip with buds Video Nasty and Cold Sweats at Cupid Bar on 28th May — pummel your eyes and ears with 'FSTFWRD / RWND' below...
