Watch HINA's Video For 'River To Mouth'

Soon performing with US folk / country / Americana star Courtney Marie Andrews as part of the multi-pronged Strange Universe: Summer Edition festival in Tāmaki Makaurau, HINA aka Amy Boroevich (Te Rarawa, Ngāti Raukawa) has been an artist on the rise in 2026. Encapsulating her journey so far with her debut long player Descending Dreams and scooping a prestigious Silver Scroll Award Top 20 nomination along the way, HINA today reveals a new video for album highlight 'River To Mouth'.

Directed, produced and edited by Andy Morton, and made with support from NZ On Air, HINA roams the verdant, almost fairytale-like expanses of her friend Aila’s home / working flower farm in Ahuroa north of Tāmaki Makaurau, Hands In The Dirt — joined by frolicking tamariki during the ballad's soaring conclusion. An impassioned recognition of "the realities of living in a post-colonial society, while finding the strength to rise regardless", experience 'River To Mouth', revisit the songwriter's conversation about her debut album with Tasha Tziakis HERE, and go catch HINA at Double Whammy on 1st December...
