Thee Golden Geese Unleash 'Honkoween III: Golden Goosebumps' EP + Video For 'Every Night Is Halloween Night'
Boo! Thee Golden Geese have returned with utmost urgency from the weird, limbo-like realm where bands go when they announce their retirement, to bring you the surprise new Honkoween III: Golden Goosebumps EP. Reuniting for a Halloween party this Saturday at Geihinkan in Tāmaki Makaurau, with Cootie Cuties and Ōtepoti pop-punk upstarts Out of Luck (whose new album is excellent), the feathery garage rock 'n' soul foursome's new two song EP was recorded and released within a mere 24 hours!
Telling the spine-tingling tale of a town where 'Every Night Is Halloween Night' ( that'll keep you on your toes for costume ideas) on the rockin' opening track — complete with trick or treat video — Thee Geese then detail an off-beat consensual relationship with a vampiric baddie on 'She Drinks My Blood' ("How about that?"). Now how do we get TGG to unlock from the vaults the fab tunes featured in their online RPG adventure gooseyourownadventure.com? You'll have to demand that from them in-person, this Saturday...
