It's easy to focus on the Oh God Noes of returning to reality after holiday bliss, but let's not forget the Thank Fuck of it all: GIGS! While I'm sweating away in the UTR office, all my favourite bands are back in their offices too, by which I mean practice spaces, music venues, and in front of a laptop in their bedroom, readying themselves for the rest of this stinking hot summer. If your calendar app of choice doesn't already resemble a crochet blanket of wool off-cuts, now's the time to load in a few months worth of upcoming shows — starting with our handy selection of festivals, tours and gigs to look forward to in the near future.
